VENDOR INFORMATION:

A NOTICE FROM MITCH REMIG, CFEI, NJ-CFI FIRE MARSHAL

We request all food vendors be advised of the following:

Submit a permit application for the event (one application per year will suffice for us.) The application is found on our website or click the button “DOWNLOAD FIRE PERMIT APPLICATION” on the right to access it.
Even if the vendor trailer/ food truck does not require fire suppression or hood system, an event application must be provided and a visual inspection of the food truck/ trailer will be conducted.

Any inspection reports for fire suppression systems/ hood system shall be forwarded to pl**********@***il.com for review prior to the event. All inspections must be current/ valid. They are valid for 6 months from initial inspection from the certified inspection company.

A permit fee of $54.00 will be required for all Type 1 Permits issued.
Payment will be collected the day of the event via cash or check.
We request no advanced payments be sent into the office.
